License
Which license should I purchase?
A regular or student new user license is for individual use on one computer.
The license belongs and 'sticks'
with the individual purchaser.
A site license belongs and 'sticks'
with the site.
If you are going to be the only one using the software and want to take it with you,
purchase a regular or student license.
If an institution, organization, or company is paying for the software and wishes to
retain possession and use of the software if you move on, purchase a site license.
Note a site license base does not come with any users. Users are added @ $100 each. At
least one user must be added when purchasing a new site license. Additional users can be
added at any time.

and Pricing Examples
- A Simultaneous User is defined as a network work station or stand-alone computer so as
only one person can use the software at a time per computer. Examples: 1) Three people
working on the same project where the PC-ORD
software is installed on only one computer, all three can use the software with a 1
simultaneous user license. If all three wish to have access to the software at any one
time, that is a 3 simultaneous user license. 2) Twenty students divided up into two
different ten student classes and the software is installed on ten work stations in the
lab is a ten simultaneous user work station teaching lab.
- The site license base price of $299 does NOT include any users. Users are added to the
site base price @ $100 each.
Examples:
1) One simultaneous user license is
$299 base price
$100 one simultaneous user

$399 total
2) Five simultaneous user license is
$299 base price
$500 ten simultaneous user
=======
$799 total
- Additional users can be added later at any time to a site license @ $100 each.
